By registering for Falsy Values Conference & Workshops, the registrant agrees to the terms and conditions below and the Code of Conduct.

Payment and cancellation policies

Payment can be made via the online registration/payment form hosted on the Falsy Values website.

Cancellations postmarked or received on or before August 30, 2015, are entitled to a full refund minus 25% of the total ticket cost for payment processing fees. Cancellations received after August 30, 2015 are non-refundable.

Early Bird tickets are non-refundable.

Payments made with PayPal and Transferuj.pl must be processed within 24 hours, and bank/wire-tranfers must be processed (enter the organizer’s account) within 72 hours from booking the tickets.

VAT

VAT (Value Added Tax) is an indirect tax applicable to the sale of goods and services. This tax is paid by the customer. VAT is calculated based on the location of where the service or training is provided (i.e. Poland), and not the location of the person purchasing goods or services. For this reason all purchases made through Falsy Values website are inclusive of VAT, which means no person is exempt.

If you’re visiting from outside of Poland, you may be eligible for a refund of VAT paid for the conference back in your country.
